Add me as a friend on Facebook! www.facebook.com Get DAILY growby10 Updates on Twitter! twitter.com In recent years, a confluence of factors created a new reality in the world of equity trading. The emergence of ultra sophisticated electronic trading methods, simultaneously with stock exchanges converting to for-profit and the sec’s Regulation NMS, have brought on an explosion in trading volume. Compounded by flawed regulation and lax oversight, this new marketplace is dominated by tech savvy, secretive, predatory and highly profitable trading programs, exploiting traditional investors who are usually oblivious. High frequency trading systems are proprietary computer programs whose automated algorithmic software initiates trades with the goal of collecting rebates from the exchanges and/or detecting institutional order flow, and then execute buy/sell orders ahead of that flow. These programs are designed to automatically front run investors. They have an information advantage, and they unnecessarily increase volatility, cause retail and institutional investors to chase artificial prices, make markets less efficient and systematically transfer wealth away from ordinary investors. They also have a huge market share, and thus often dominate the market and determine its direction. Their hidden cost adversely impacts the financial well-being of all of us. Some very large and well known Wall Street institutions are involved in this practice. Ever wondered how Goldman Sachs is making so much money so soon after the financial system nearly collapsed? High-frequency trading is one answer: recall that Goldman Sachs recently sued a former employee for allegedly stealing certain trading software Goldman said is responsible for substantial trading profits. Some Tips For Day Trading the Market
Day trading the stock market involves the rapid buying and selling of stocks on a daily basis. This technique is used to secure fast profits from the constant changes in stock values, minute to minute, 2nd to 2nd. It is rare that a day trader will remain in a trade over the course of a night into the day after.
The main question that most people ask when it comes to day trading is simple : ‘is it necessary to sit at a PC PC watching the markets all day 24×7 to be a successful day trader?’
The answer is no. It isn’t important to sit at a P. C. all day long. There are a number of factors to consider, but sometimes the rule of day trading is to trade when everyone else is trading.
As with all fiscal investments, day trading is dodgy in truth, it is one of the riskiest forms of trading out there.
If you are constrained by a small amount of capital, you may not be ready to buy large amounts of a stock, but buying only a small amount can add to the risk of a loss. And, obviously, it is impossible to forecast with certainty which stocks will result in profits and which in losses.
It is also important to know that in day trading, it’s the number of shares instead of the cost of shares that should be the focus. If you day trade, you’ll face losses, but even for the dearer stocks, the loss should be debatable, because prices do not usually fluctuate to an acute degree over the course of only 1 day.
The day trading industry deals in a big variety of stocks and shares. Here are only a few : Growth-Buying Shares shares made from profit, which continue to grow in value. Eventually, these shares will start to decline in price, and a professional seasoned trader can usually envision the future of this type of share.
Small Caps shares of companies which are on the increase and show no indications of stopping. Though these shares are generally cheap, they’re a very dangerous investment for day traders. You’d be safer to go with big caps and / or mid-caps, which are way more secure and stable thanks to a premium.
Unloved Stocks company stock that has not performed well during the past. Traders buy these shares in the hopes of generating profits if and when the stock rises in worth. As with tiny caps, unloved stocks can be a dodgy choice for day traders.
The best way to ascertain which kind of stock is best for you is to invest some time for careful research, a information understanding of market patterns, a solid technique, and a disciplined trading plan.
The secret to successful day trading is to be prepared. Know as much as possible about the industry before you begin actually trading. You need to learn to trade ONLY when the market gives the right signals.

Laws Of Physics According To A Penny Stock Advisor
Imagine you penny stock advisor as a physicist? What would investing be like for him? Would he have invented something beneficial for everyone? Or would he have created something for world domination? Would he be formulating new laws for the stock market for every one to gain? Or would he be outlawed for disclosing too much information to the public? How would the stock market look and sound like?
Interesting isn’t it? You’d probably end up analyzing too much on some empirical formula and how it works. Perhaps you’d be challenged about momentum penny stocks. Is there really gravity in these numbers? What could be your learning curve? If the penny stock advisor was a physicist, would he be interested in the stock market just the same? What laws of physics could there be?
– Law no. 1 – What goes up must come down. Definitely, the numbers will still behave as usual. Think of your penny stocks as bubbles. The smaller the price, the lesser its weight. Then the easier for it to float. When it gets bigger, the more volatile it becomes and the easier it bursts. Then you may lose the bubble forever.
– Law no. 2 – There are no horizontal lines, just horizons. Professor penny stock advisor will tell you that your penny stocks cannot move sideways. It’s only up or down. Therefore, if it goes up, you don’t see horizontal lines but new and better horizons for you.
– Law no. 3 – Think big, start small. You start with a cheap small cap share and imagine it to grow bigger. But it needs energy if you want it to grow. Penny stock brokers will help bring in the investors to fuel the energy for you. At the end of the day, your profit is realized. This theory explains that with positive energy, your penny stocks can only grow.
– Law no. 4 – Time is inversely proportional with money. The longer you keep your penny stocks in, the more risky your investments become. Professor penny stock advisor can prove this by applying this fourth theory with the first law. If your penny stocks are subjected at a longer time at its current size and weight, it will eventually drop.
– Law no. 5 – The theory of the penny stock trajectory. How would you define a trajectory? A trajectory is defined when an object is thrown up into the air. Because of the magnitude of force it is subjected, it will take time before it comes down again. This imaginary curve is formed. With this curve includes the time factor when how long it stayed up and the distance it has covered with its travel. If the penny stock trajectory is perfect, an investor and penny stock broker would be able to pinpoint the exact time when the peak happens. Unfortunately, there is none.
The laws of the stock market can be compared to physics. But the difference is that the penny stock trading cannot be an absolute science. You cannot calculate risks accurately. But you can trace the irregularities of the trend. Your best fallback is your empirical analysis. That means your ability to decide.

Forex Trading Potential For The Young Trader
Forex trading is not just highly volatile. It is also highly profitable. Any time you hear about someone cashing it in big through Forex markets, it can make you just want to jump up and join the celebration. It can also tempt you into making some poor trading decisions in the hope that on a wing and a prayer you’ll be able to succeed. It takes more than wings, prayers, and hopes to handle the complicated trading strategies necessary for Forex trading.
One of the most important forex trading strategies is knowing what a reasonable and realistic goal is before you start implementing any plan. You have your very own risk tolerance and no one else can tell you what that tolerance level may be. It is yours and yours alone. If you are using a broker, do not let them talk you into taking a greater risk than you can really tolerate to lose.
If you like the thrill of gambling, the passionate search to continuously win losses back, and the unmistakable sound of a big payoff then you need to head off to the casino instead. Forex trading and gambling are two different entities altogether. It is not unusual for newer traders to develop the gambler mentality as you can practically smell the next good trade. However, if you lose on that trade, and the next one and the next one then perhaps it is time to evaluate your Forex trading strategy for holes and potential problems.
Self control in the Forex trading market is primal. Without it you really should just worry about identifying a single source of recklessness that is bound to land you in financial trouble. You are not in this to blow through funds like your retirement or your son’s college money. You are in this to figure out how to deal with things like market trends and trader psychology in order to come out ahead of the game. If you can’t learn how to spot these will give you the cutting edge advantage for making intelligent trades.
Never, ever should you permit yourself to make a move with your emotions guiding your intellect. Market trends are derived directly from the market psychology. The more you can learn to recognize developing market trends the better off you’re going to be able to call your trades. Since both the trends and the psychology travel in cohesive cycles, you will learn how to anticipate issue before you end up losing money.
When the Forex trading market is doing very well, one might expect that it will keep doing well. In the abstract this is true. Trader confidence is quite in tune with the realities of a fluctuating market. The stronger the confidence is the better the trades will tend to do. Yet, there are some loopholes that will prevent this simple logic from working in your favor all of the time. Trader confidence can be completely shattered with only one poor trade, especially one that provides a significant hit to many long term traders.
The difficult combination of developing ample self control, reading current market trends, and being able to anticipate new trends based on the trader confidence is a tall order.
As with any trading market, Forex trading is filled with land mines that can create difficulties in learning the market let alone achieving something great. The difference between Forex and other markets is that the brief changes, the dips and curves, and the overall fear many new traders associate with long term market upheaval.
